This is an offline AC/DC controller with integrated high-voltage GaN transistors, designed for high-efficiency, compact power supply solutions, offering both high performance and cost-effectiveness.

This series represents a highly integrated AC/DC conversion solution, featuring built-in 650V GaN power transistors and green startup switches. It supports up to 70W for flyback and 150W for boost topologies. Its high-frequency operation (100~500kHz) significantly reduces transformer and capacitor sizes, enhancing power density, making it ideal for efficient, miniaturized power supply designs.

Product Overview

The JP8020/JP8520 is a new generation of highly integrated Gallium Nitride (GaN) AC/DC controller solution, incorporating 650V GaN power components and green startup switch, designed for high-performance power applications. This series supports up to 70W for flyback topology and 150W for boost topology, achieving high power density and compact design through 100~500kHz high-frequency switching operation.
